Sunset Serenade 2010 - What a Success!
Thank you to everyone who was a part of Sunset Serenade 2010, "A Walk in the Vineyard." It was a lovely evening that helped Rainbow Services raise critical funds for victims of domestic violence. The support of the Rainbow community is truly special and important to the work that we do.

Fall 40-Hour Domestic Violence Training
The Rainbow Services Fall 40-hour training in Domestic Violence will begin on September 13th and go through October 28th ( no class on Monday, October 11th).
The sessions will be held on Mondays and Thursdays from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.* at Kaiser Permanente South Bay: 25825 S. Vermont Avenue, Harbor City, CA 90710

The article really helps to show the barriers that women face when they decide to leave an abusive relationship. It also helps to answer the question, why doesn't she just leave? As the article shows, leaving doesn't always work.
