She has also worked alongside the C-suite in global organizations, serving as Chief of Staff to AOL CEO Tim Armstrong and driving cross-company initiatives for Mark Zuckerberg, Sheryl Sandberg, and Meta's executive team.

She is currently consulting for Trending, the Gen-Z media company helmed by Alex Cooper  as well as AvatarOS, an A16z-backed AI start-up.

Susan Harding Maniscalco is a 1996 graduate of USC Gould Law School where she graduated Order of the Coif among the top 5% of her law school class. Prior to law school, she attended U.C. Berkeley where she graduated with Honors in 1992. Harding Maniscalco has handled a wide range of litigation matters before federal and state courts at both the trial court and appellate court level as an attorney at Morrison & Foerster LLP. After spending years handling national class action lawsuits among other complex litigation matters, she served as General Counsel to a nationwide advertising company. Her responsibilities included overseeing all legal aspects of the company as well as leading the Human Resources Department. She later founded the Washington DC firm of WH Legal LLP where she partnered with national law firms on litigation matters. Included in Harding Maniscalco’s expertise is the successful handling of private equity deals involving the sale of large companies.

I currently work part-time and am a full-time single parent to two daughters. My greatest priority is empowering them to have healthy relationships with themselves and others.

Lisa Mednick Takami, Ed.D. is a higher education administrator, consultant, and author. She currently serves as Special Project Director at NOCE, the noncredit campus of the North Orange Community College District, where she directs a $2 million grant for the California Adult Education Program. Lisa is the author of Women in the Higher Education C-Suite: Diverse Executive Profiles. Released in October, the book is in its second printing and is an Amazon bestseller in Business Diversity & Inclusion. In addition to her board duties, Lisa serves as Co-Chair of the California Divsion of Apprenticeship Standards Inter Agency Committee for Apprenticeships on EEO and is active in the National Conference for Race & Ethnicity in Higher Education. Lisa considers her greatest accomplishment to be her two adult chidlren, Michael and Sarah. Lisa resides in Rancho Palos Verdes and is married to Masahiko Takami. She enjoys hiking and travel.
