Rainbow Services’ Board of Directors is composed of 11 members representing a wide range of professions and industries.

More than half of our board members have lived experience with domestic violence—as survivors themselves, as children affected by domestic violence, or as trusted supporters of survivors. 

United by this experience and a deep sense of purpose, our Board brings genuine commitment and passion to our mission of providing safety, shelter, healing, and hope to survivors of domestic violence.
